Yes, we offer postal delivery for certain items across the UK. We package all products carefully to keep them fresh and intact during transit. Shipping costs and delivery times will be confirmed when you place your order.
Absolutely. Whether you’d like a specific flavour, decoration style, or personalised message, we can adapt most of our bakes. Add your request at checkout or get in touch before ordering so we can confirm what’s possible.
Most of our products are best enjoyed within 3–5 days when stored in a cool, dry place. Many can also be frozen for up to one month. For specific storage advice, please refer to the Storage Information in the Allergens & Ingredients tab on the product page above.
