Cafés & Individual Customers | North East

We offer local delivery across the North East for both cafés and individual customers.

Please include your full delivery address at checkout or email it to us alongside your order. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location.

Delivery timeframe:
Local orders are delivered within 3 working days. You will be contacted with your specific delivery day for that week.

Nationwide Shipping

Cakes & Traybakes Only

We offer nationwide postal delivery for selected items including cakes and traybakes.

Courier: Royal Mail Tracked 24
Delivery Charge: £5 for orders under 3kg
Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed at least 48 hours before your requested delivery date
Estimated Delivery Time: 24 hours once dispatched
Dispatch Days: Tuesday to Friday

Saturday delivery is available for an additional £20.

Shipping costs are added automatically at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. This ensures freshness, quality, and food safety.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • A full refund is available if your order is cancelled at least 72 hours before preparation begins.

  • If cancellation is made less than 72 hours before preparation, a partial refund may be offered depending on the stage of preparation.

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
