A Traditional Portuguese custard tart with a crisp, flaky pastry and creamy vanilla custard centre, baked until perfectly caramelised on top. A delicate, indulgent bite best enjoyed warm with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Gluten, Egg, Milk. 

Wheat flour, (wheat, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thamin)  butter [milk), yeast, water, salt, free range Egg yolks, granulated Sugar, full fat cow milk, Cornflour, Lemon zest, Vanilla extract, Cinnamon.

Best enjoyed fresh. 

Store in an airtight container for up to 3- 4 days. 

Can be frozen, if wrapped and stored airtight. Can be stored in freezer up to 1 month. Defrost overnight and consume within 3- 4 days.
